Dr. Petra Sramkova is a graduate of the 2nd Faculty of Medicine at Charles University. He has been working in the field of internal medicine since 1998, when he received an attestation. For more than 7 years she worked as an internal obesity physician at the ISCARE a.s. Clinical Center. Here she was actively involved in conservative treatment and also especially in the indication and care of patients undergoing bariatric procedures. She currently also publishes articles in the Czech medical and popular media, actively lectures, collaborates on international studies, and lectures at professional events at the international level. She is a member of the Czech Obesity Society, the Czech Surgical Society - Bariatric Section and the IFSO (International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders).
